1. Overview
This website is operated by Masere Press. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Masere Press. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website following changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. Print-on-Demand Production
All books sold through Masere Press are printed on demand at the time of purchase through third-party fulfillment partners.
Orders typically require 2–5 business days for production before shipping. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Because each copy is individually produced, minor variations in color, alignment, or cosmetic appearance may occur. Such variations are inherent to print-on-demand manufacturing and do not constitute defects.
3. Orders and Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Masere Press is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Orders that have entered production cannot be refunded or replaced due to customer-provided address errors.
Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
4. Returns and Refunds
Because all products are printed on demand, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect orders, or change-of-mind purchases.
If a product arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or with a significant manufacturing error, customers must contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Requests must include the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the defect. If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement copy at no additional cost.
Refunds are issued only in cases of verified manufacturing defects or fulfillment errors.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, book content, graphics, logos, branding, and images, is the property of Masere Press and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
No portion of our publications may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, or otherwise used without prior written permission.
Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
6. Third-Party Services
Our store operates using third-party platforms and services, including but not limited to Shopify, print-on-demand fulfillment partners, payment processors, and shipping carriers.
We are not responsible for interruptions, delays, technical failures, or service disruptions caused by third-party providers.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Masere Press shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or products.
Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or from the use of this website shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within North Carolina.
