Shipping policy

All books sold through Masere Press are printed on demand at the time of purchase. Because each copy is produced specifically for the customer, orders typically require approximately 2–5 business days for production before shipping. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be modified or canceled.

After production is complete, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information. Delivery timelines vary depending on destination and carrier. Within the United States, orders generally arrive within 3–7 business days after production. International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days after production. Please note that delivery estimates do not include production time. Shipping carriers may experience occasional delays during holidays or peak periods, which are outside of our control.

Tracking information is sent once your order ships. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
