Because each book is printed on demand at the time of purchase, we are unable to accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect orders, or change-of-mind purchases.

However, your satisfaction is important to us.

If your book arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, missing pages, or contains a significant manufacturing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

    1. Your order number
    2. A description of the issue
    3. Clear photographs of the defect or damage

Claims submitted without photo documentation may not be eligible for review. 

If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing or fulfillment defect, we will arrange a replacement copy at no additional cost.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders that enter production with an incorrectly provided shipping address cannot be modified, refunded, or replaced.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements are issued only in cases of verified manufacturing defects or fulfillment errors.

Minor cosmetic variations inherent to print-on-demand production (including slight color variation, paper texture differences, or small trimming variations) do not qualify as defects.
